The Syngenta Turf Rewards Program will run from 1 August 2025 until 31 July 2026 (“Promotional Period”). This program is open to professional turf and landscape managers from Australia and New Zealand with a registered ABN or NBN only. Reward redemptions will only be delivered to a Australian or New Zealand business address. By registering your participation in Syngenta Turf Rewards you will be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
To register for the Syngenta Turf Rewards you must complete the online “Register” process on our website at www.syngentaturf.com.au or www.syngentaturf.co.nz.
It is your responsibility to keep your personal details updated by logging into your Account. If you do not keep your personal details up to date, we may not be able to offer or provide you with your Reward Points.
During the Promotional Period, for every Syngenta product purchased (excluding XC Nozzles) from a Syngenta Agent or Dealer, you will receive the minimum points as highlighted in the Points Tables below (please note that Australia and New Zealand have a different scheme of points). Syngenta reserves the right, to offer additional points for specific periods and products during the promotional period. It is your responsibility to add any promotional codes required to receive these additional points.
Turf Rewards points will only be accrued on paid products. And products provided 'free of charge' will not accrue Turf Rewards points.
Reward Points can be redeemed on a variety of products and services as per the Rewards Options below. Reward Options do not include transport, accommodation, meals or any additional costs.
There is a maximum amount of 10,000 points that can be redeemed for the Reward Options across a single Promotional Period.
You need to enter the products purchased into a form which you can access through your login at www.syngentaturf.com.au or www.syngentaturf.co.nz for the points to be earned.
Purchases made between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026 count towards the 2025/2026 Season, also known as the Promotional Period.
All purchases need to be entered into the Turf Rewards portal by midnight Thursday 31 July 2026.
Points need to be redeemed by midnight Friday 31 July 2026 via the shopping cart feature in the Turf Rewards portal. Points earned in the 2025/2026 season expire on 31 July 2026 and after that redemptions for the next season 2026/2027 can commence.
Resellers and wholesalers are excluded from the rewards program. Syngenta employees and staff are excluded from the rewards program.
Privacy & Communications
We collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement available here.
We will during the Promotional Period and during the redemption period contact you with relevant information such as your points balance and other promotional messages. All these communications will provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving information.

2025/2026 Summer Turf Rewards Promotional Offer
The Summer Promotional Offer is valid from 1st October 2025 to 31st January 2026 only.
During the promotional offer, additional and limited Reward Options will be available to all Turf Rewards members. These additional Reward Options must be redeemed through the Turf Rewards portal before 31st January 2026 – after which they will be removed from the program redemptions.
Additional Reward Options are limited to the YETI Tundra Haul Wheeled Hard Cooler valued at 2,000 Turf Reward Points, and the YETI Roadie 24 Hard Cooler valued at 1,000 Turf Reward point. These Rewards Options are included in the 10,000 Points limits across the Season or Promotional Period.
The YETI Coolers will be dispatched in February 2026 only. No earlier fulfilment of rewards is required by Syngenta Australia Pty Ltd. The Turf Rewards member may specify the colour options, subject to availability. No exchanges or change of mind available after the reward has been ordered from the supplier.
New Zealand only boosted points values are valid for products purchased within the Summer Turf Reward promotional offer period only. Points will be automatically added when they are entered into the Turf Rewards Portal.
This Promotional Offer may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
