Dates, venues, times, speakers and content of the event are subject to change at the discretion of the event organiser. Where possible, the organiser will notify attendees of any significant changes prior to the event via the email supplied by the attendee at time of booking. It is the responsibility of the attendee to provide a valid email address and to review these emails prior to attendance.
Attendees are responsible for their own behaviour at these events. Should any Syngenta personnel, venue employee or event speaker determine that an attendee is behaving in a manner that is unsafe, disrespectful or against the Syngenta Code of Conduct, the organisers reserve the right to eject the attendee from the event. Refunds will not be issued in such an instance.
Purchasing Tickets
Tickets are available for purchase via Humantix. Ticket price is $110 (incl GST) and includes entry and meals. Ticket sales open at 10.00am AEDT on Monday 20 March 2023. Ticket sales close one week before each event;

Syngenta have the right to refuse ticket sales to anyone; if Syngenta elect to take this action a refund of any money paid will be made.
Purchasing Tickets through the Syngenta Turf Rewards Program
Attendees are able to redeem Turf Rewards points in exchange for a ticket to the Syngenta Turf Innovation LIVE Event. All Turf Rewards Terms & Conditions apply to this redemption. You must obtain you ticket via the Turf Rewards Portal only, not through the Humantix. You cannot use points retroactively. All redemptions must be made prior to ticket sales closing at that times/dates outlined above.
Refund Policy
Tickets purchased through Humantix may be automatically refunded until 7 days prior to the event. After which time, a request for refund may be obtained by emailing greencast.au@syngenta.com before midday the day prior to the event.
Refunds requested less than 7 days prior to the event are subject to the organiser’s discretion.
Transfer of tickets may only occur with permission from the organiser. Please email greencast.au@syngenta.com before midday the day prior to the event to arrange a transfer.

We collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement available here.
Prior to and post the event, we will contact you with relevant information such as location updates, speaker details, recordings of events and other promotional messages. All these communications will provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving information.

By attending this event you agree to be photographed
Any of these events may be photographed or recorded. These images or recordings will be used for Marketing purposes by the organisers. They will also be used in post-event communications. They may appear on the Syngenta Turf & Landscape website, social media channels and/or printed and digital marketing materials. By attending this event, attendees agree to waive their rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with the possible use of their photographs. By attending this event, attendees agree that they’ve been fully informed of this.
Should an attendee wish for their image to be removed from social media, or request that their image not be used, they are to contact greencast.au@syngenta.com.au The organiser will do their best to accommodate any requests made, but cannot guarantee it.
